West Sixth Rooftop
Situated in Downtown Tempe is West Sixth, a mixed-use, multi-family high rise with panoramic views to nearby A-Mountain, Tempe, and the Phoenix skyline. Waibel & Associates was tasked with renovating the seventh story rooftop to include pool deck elements, seating and dining areas, and shade. In addition to design, Waibel & Associates served as prime point of contact and coordinated sub-contractors, material deliveries, and installation.
