Tonopah 561 Subdivision
Tonopah 561 proposed a new 561-acre development to blend new residential development into an existing rural area approximately 55 miles west of Phoenix, AZ. Shared boundaries between planned and existing open spaces incorporated sensitive design for minimal disturbance to natural areas. Waibel & Associates provided text, renderings, and preliminary design for hardscape and amenities, as well as Landscape Character Guidelines to convey design quality and aesthetic intent. Economic conditions have placed the project on hold.
